Quick powerpoint question

Post by Scrummy Mummy » 28th Jul, '12, 09:37

So I've been given the slides this morning for a lecture I'm doing on Monday, so I'm in a rush. I don't use PP often , and haven't for years.

How do I (in PP 2010) change the slides so that when yoiu click to the next slide all the words appear at once rather than 1 line at a time with an annoying little quiver (!). I've tried selecting "none" in transitions but that doesn't sem to be doing it!

Ta.

This will be animation. I'm not sure if you have to go to each slide and "remove custom animation" or if you can do that for the whole slide deck.

Save a new copy of the file first and work on that one, means you can always go back to the original.

The whole animation tab is "greyed out" so I can't do anything with it, IYSWIM.

You could always write your own slides:P

Not allowed to. And really can't be arsed re-typing 60 slides just to remove annoying wobbling in the limited time I've been given.

Try clicking on each text item and then removing the Custom Animation,
