Recommendations for serviced apartments in Tokyo?

Here's a question for all of you seasoned travelers:

Can someone recommend a serviced apartment in Tokyo, particularly along the JR Chuo line between Shinjuku and Mitaka stations (my office is in Mitaka). The JR railway lines map is attached for your reference.

I will be there for 10 weeks, and I don't want to eat out three times a day (yeah I'm strange).
