It's right here. Kooks, why don't you check the little button on the CP that says, summertime is in effect. Most of these message boards don't do that automatically, the user has to do it manually if they live in a place with summertime adjustments.

heh, no, Kooks was right, it was about 30mins slow.
The firewall was blocking the NTP port so the hosts have setup a cron job to unblock the port, do a synch, re-block the port again.
They are a bit anal like that. they've even disabled ping.
