At the moment any user with less than 3 posts in put into a moderation queue where our trusty Mods check the posts before releasing them to the wild.

Most get binned.

To be honest, you could probably have that with ALL posts with the amount of traffic going through!

but when they get binned, we can't entertain the masses with our witty repartee...

That's half the reason for binning them! Most responses are neither witty nor entertaining.
