I'm the opposite.
Headphones needed to be shipped to Aus at my cost for repair (intermittent sound fades). I decided to buy another pair.
A couple of remotes with issues that they wanted returned to the store I bought from, which is tough when you ship from the US.
The mean well but without a local rma centre they lack the necessary support.
