Which brand is better?

Post by Angelips » 30th Jun, '13, 03:23

Hi guys, I'm currently looking for a modem, but uncertain which brand should I choose...

Should I buy Aztech, D-Link or Huawei?

At first I thought Huawei only sell mobile phones, until one of my friends told me that they sell modems too. But I'm not sure if their modem is good... Any recommendations?

Don't buy Huawei. They monitor all your email, chats, photos etc and sell them on the Internet. The last person to complain about the information stealing committed suicide.

That's true, but at least they've now do this using the hosts Internet connection rather than using hi energy burst transmitters. Which, although this meant that the modem didn't need to steal bandwidth to transmit your data to Huawei's customers, it had the rather unfortunate side-effect of frying the brain cells of any small children within a 10m radius (children's brains are more susceptible as their skulls are thinner and they tend to be closer to the ground)
