Well, as you might expect, the lovely boy is now home with me

So, he needs a name -- they've been calling him the same name as my son, so that's not going to work

Suggestions?? You've all seen his picture.....

I just got in, read 2 mails from the cat lady along the lines of:

1. Do you know .... would she be a good owner?
2. Well anyway, she's got him.

It took a while, slinky family, but we gotcha.

So I'll just catch my breath and post the next one...

Small Slinkies due home from school in 15-20 minutes........this little cat has no idea what he's in for

Right now he thinks this is just a quiet house with pretty much only me

(Slinky boy is going to FREAK OUT he'll be so excited

i think you should name him Mandarin, cos he's orange and you got him over Chinese New Year

or Ji Li ('Gee Lee'): "ji" = orange, also refers to good luck and auspiciousness as in "da ji da li" (very common CNY greeting)

Seeing he's the first animal adopted through the Singaporum, I reckon the board should have a say in his name. Throw up your list of favorites in a poll and let the masses decide.

I think he may be the second but I'm not 100% certain so he's our first official adoption.
