one of my new clients has asked me if i know of any charge-by-the-hour house-cleaners who are good with cats, or at least somewhat friendly with them?
she's planning to change cleaners, as her current one seems rather averse to her very good-natured and friendly cat.
does anyone have a recommendation?
(PS: cleaner must be able to speak relatively intelligible English, and read instructions in English)

Is reading English essential? You know who loves cats, although may well overfeed them.

Kooky: i'm afraid the reading English bit is quite essential - some days the client has to be out of the house by the time cleaner arrives, and needs to leave notes if anything specific/unusual needs doing.
also, client's accent is a bit strong over the phone, may not be easily comprehensible by a cleaner who doesn't have a strong grasp of the language.
BoD: the good thing about cats is that they are self-cleaning
