One for the Aussies & Aus Residents

Post by Kooky » 13th May, '08, 08:31

I'm blown away by the variety of health supplements available but, apart from Blackmores, I recognise hardly any of them.

I'll be looking for standard stuff such as multivits, Omega, Vit C, as well as more specialist (or so I thought) stuff like high strength L-Glutamine powder.

Brand recommendations much appreciated.

I use Nature's Own or Blackmores mostly, Kook.

Not really into it enough to differentiate brands. Blackmores still have the same rep in Aus. Natures Own tend to be the best priced, but I reckon the worst size and taste - gets what you pays for. If they're in a major brand pharmacy, then they "should" have the quality controls on their products and that's the main thing I reckon. After that it's about strenght, and slow or fast release...
