Tin Tin
Just been, enjoyed. Even though a cartoon, it's very adult orientated. Not a laugh a minute bugs bunny, but certainly kept me amused!
And yes, i know Tin Tin may not be everyone's cup of tea, this movie probably won't change your mind.

Re: Tin Tin
We have to wait until Dec 26 for it to come out here. So is it like the books? They say that they wanted to be able to reproduce it properly. I did wonder if they managed. It is done with motion capture (like Gollum) isn't it?

Looks excellent. And yes Pink, it was done with mocap.
FB how did you see it already? It's not supposed to be released until Xmas.

Re: Tin Tin
Confused too, as I'm sure the GBF in Sydney has seen it already.
Re: Tin Tin
We took the kids to see it last weekend - it was pretty good. I wasn't familiar with the books, so it was new to me. When I first saw the posters for it from a distance, I thought it was going to be actors - it was only when I got a closer look that I realized it was animated. I'm guessing it won't be much longer before we won't be able to tell if it's live people or animated in movies anymore

Re: Tin Tin
Jedi release dates for Europe and Asia are early late October/November, with the US and Oz doing the December dates.
Not sure how your GBF saw it then K, has he been OS lately? Perhaps he saw a pirate copy?
