You know how iPeople can get. Best to placate them in advance than to listen to their non stop moaning.

Can the site detect whether it's an iPerson or not? Can it not filter out their posts? An alternative to actually having to listen to them, that's all I'm saying!

But on a serious note, I wonder what the browser usage figures are for this site. PC browsers versus Mac browser versus the various smart phone browsers. Hmmmm.....

I'll post the browser stats later.

Yes, the Board can detect an iPerson. Maybe we channel all their posts to a single forum or even require moderation before their posts are visible.

Just got it again on the "Meanwhile back in the USSR" thread for the posting I just made. Couldn't copy the error message because the site forwarded me to the posting

The "Test" posting worked without an error so maybe it's the smileys?

Bbcode (smiles, images, quoting text etc) is throwing an error but not SQL errors. I can find the friggin source but I have tracked it down to the DB, even though that makes no sense.

yeah, as per the previous post, anything with bbcode will throw an error.

So friggin weird that even the board developers are scratching their heads.

PHP Errors.

The webhost was trying to work out why our error_log has grown to half a Gb over the last month and I guess they've tweaked something. I've asked them to detweak :)
