Editing Posts

I think with this new software there is a brief period of time after posting a thread, where you can edit it without it being tracked.

It would be great if people could flag the edit if it's anything other than a quick typo correction, especially on quick-moving and/or heated threads.

:)

If you edit before there is a reply it doesn't mark the edit. If you edit after a reply has been made it will highlight the edit.

The exception is if Mods or Admins edit, they are never tracked unless they choose to be.

The new version of the forum software will track all changes all the time.

Or so I am led to believe.

Oh ok, that's how it works is it? Thanks. [smilie=kiss.gif]

(Yes it would be good to have mods' and admins' edits tracked, too. I've been edited to buggery on ANO forum without it being noted and I lost it with them. Hard to believe, I know.)
