We go down to the park and then to see the horses a bit further along the beach every Sunday anyway but it would be great if we can get a team outing - how about a BBQ on the beach, we could hire one of the BBQ pits?

Where are we meeting A? Think a BBQ might be too much like hard work so we could just all bring snacks/picnic dinner to share.

She was talking about it when I saw her the other night (she didn't flake on us

) so I know she's looking forward to it.

Best way to contact her is probably to email her work account as she'll pick it up on the blackberry - I know her phone was very slow to kick in the other night as it was the only way we could get her. I'll PM it in case you don't have it.
