He has indeed. :) I bought R a proper drum kit for Christmas one year - think she was about 5 and it was all she asked for so my sister said ok.

That is so cool. I remember reading somewhere that if your child can hold a rhythm by the time he's 2, it's an early indication of genius. But for this kid it's not just the rhythm, he has syncopation down and seems to instinctively know the right spots to add fills. I'm really amazed that he can do that! And very impressed. Very cute.
A woman walked into a pub and asked the barman for a double entendre. So he gave it to her.

I have bought MsA a little electric piano, she can stand and play on it, I dont know about the genuis bit but already she can play a basic tune - about 5 notes admittedly - and loves her music. I'd get him the drums, a piano, guitar, the lot and see which he prefers!
"I really love you" she said. "Is that the champagne talking" he asked. "No" she laughed. "That's me talking to the champagne"

You're right he's a mini marvel. A right budding Ginger Baker. His parents should definitely encourage his drumming skills.
Prayer has no place in public schools. Just like facts have no place in organised religion.

She's tried to drop it off twice now. I keep pretending we're out shopping for the day. It's worked so far.

I am with Baloon on this one. Todders can make a noise with anything let alone something that is designed to be noisy.

Don't do it. Just don't...
