Wonderful house in Pasir Ris for Rent

Post by Aliya » 4th Sep, '08, 10:57

While looking for a house I came upon this house. While it didn't work for us as I needed a big garden for the freakin beags, this house is fab and the LL is such a nice person I wanted to help him. They are moving to the US for 3 years and want good tenants.

End 3 storey terrace house on the Riverina estate. It has 5 + 1 bedrooms. 3 on one floor and then another 2 on the next storey connected by a living space so a great house for lots of kids or flatmates wanting privacy from each other. It has a lovely pond in the front garden and the rear garden (which is small) has a gate into a park. The top floor has two balconies which look over Pasir Ris Park. The house is in great condition, big living area downstairs and recently renovated kitchen.

It is literally across the road from Elias Mall, two short bus stops from Pasir Ris MRT. Pasir Ris, for those of you who dont know is a great area, lots of wet markets, shoppping malls, parks and a good beach. It is a bit of a way out but the quality of life out there is very good.

"I really love you" she said. "Is that the champagne talking" he asked. "No" she laughed. "That's me talking to the champagne"

Sounds like this one. Full furnished might tempt some new family to Singapore to pay way over the market for Pasir Ris I guess.

If it is the same one, he's looking to sell it as well. Again asking over the odds for PR.
So…if you wish to wish a wish, you may swish for fish with my Ish wish dish.

Pasir Ris?

Since when has that been District 9 or 10?
