mini moment

Post by Tas » 3rd Sep, '08, 10:00

Get of my little chest so it doesn't annoy me further as I get off the phone.

There is a type of person that bugs the shyte out of me. When there is a problem they want to you drop everything and do something for them and have an answer RIGHT NOW. HOWEVER when you try to manage, anticipate and steadily progress an issue, you are treated with disdain and like annoying buzzing insect that they don't have time for. BUT then that little problem escalates all of a sudden (well not suddenly because all the warning signs are there) to a signifacant costly stop work matter and it's your problem to fix (again!!!).

You just want to smash your head through a brick wall. Well actually smash their head and tell them to get f'cked when they call you.

Ah yes, I remember life with an engineer. He had similar head banging moments and little regard for management.

there is another type of person I would like to add to the list.
People who say "it is not in my job description/responsibility"
