Lesson learned today

Post by Kooky » 26th May, '10, 18:57

No matter how cold the weather may have turned, always take the meat out of the freezer the night before you want it so you can defrost it slowly in the fridge and don't have to leave it in the sink when you go to work.

Cats may not like raw minced steak, but that won't stop them stealing it, opening the ziplock bag, and leaving the contents scattered all over your afghan rug.

You see, this is why I don't have afgan rugs, just cheapo fake ones.

At least they didn't vomit it over the rug......

They prefer to vomit on the more expensive of the two. The cream one.

A woman walked into a pub and asked the barman for a double entendre. So he gave it to her.

This is why you need a dog as well. The cats chuck the mince all over the room, the dog licks it up (goes for vomit too, unfortunately, and the contents of the litter tray).

"I really love you" she said. "Is that the champagne talking" he asked. "No" she laughed. "That's me talking to the champagne"

Ahhh, now you're making me miss my little doggie :(

(NO, I don't want to be licked by a dog after the barf and cat poo scenario - I'm just feeling nostalgic  )
