Dear Co-Op
With your help I buried my Mother, Mrs Kooky's Mummy, on Tuesday. I really couldn't fault the professionalism of Alistair and his crew.
However I've just landed back in Australia and spoken to my sister, Mrs Kooky's Mad Sister, to be told that somebody has phoned her and quizzed her about my Mum's finances, her assets, her family, my sister's relationship with me, etc. I can only imagine that you were attempting to sell her or pass her onto somebody who could sell her professional advice.
I really must say I find this incredibly unprofessional and insensitive, especially so soon after the funeral.
Furthermore my sister's name is on the account purely because I am overseas; Alistair for one is very aware that I did not want my sister or nieces bothering with anything related to the funeral. I was the main point of contact throughout the process, and I paid the bill in full before I left the UK on Wednesday.
Please put a note on our file to this effect, and rest assured that I am in control of my Mother's affairs.
Thank you for your understanding.
Mrs You wouldn't like me when I'm Angry Kooky

****ing vultures - just what you didn't need.
After my Dad's funeral last year, I came very close to ripping off someone's head at the crematorium. The staff were totally crap, unprofessional and money hungry.

I think your letter was quite restrained in the circumstances, Kooky.
