If your staff on the room service line don't know the words on their own room service menu, pick different words for the menu. And instead of suggesting you make your own sandwich with all of those words they don't understand, then perhaps you should make a list of types of sandwiches with a code or number that they DO understand.Lets start by eliminating the word "French Baguette" from said menu.
