Have you noticed
That one of the greatest challenges in work, and actually in outside life, is often that all the people you work with:
- Already know everything.
- Have done that before of course I know how to do this and dont need your input.
And yet, mysteriously, problems are not fixed, the source of something cant be found. They want this magical thing called help, but the thing is, they "already know".

I'd say that one of the big problems in life is that the people one works with are generally absolute tossers.
