Ex-StanChart consultant swindles more than S$105,000
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/ ... 81/1/.html
Ma Shumei, 26, transferred more than S$105,000 of customers' money without their authorisation into other accounts between October 2009 and February 2010.
In most of the cases, Ma transferred the funds into her friends' bank accounts.
are her "friends" being prosecuted as well?

It's hard to see if she is cute or not from the police photo. It's not a very flattering shot. Just saying.
If there was a God, then why is my arse the perfect height for kicking?

I'm constantly amazed at how much mistrust and dishonesty there is here in Singapore. The banking system is a joke; can't use debit cards to buy anything over the internet and the latest for me was about a month ago when our AC broke down and unfortunately I didn't have any cash in the house with me.
I wrote a cheque for just over $80 for the first visit. I didn't write it neatly enough and the Daikon technician (lovely as he was) wouldn't accept it. I wrote another one in my best writing and he phoned up his company to check a few things about it before accepting it.
I've just found out that our lovely agent has actually paid the cash as we couldn't be contacted - and Daikon felt they couldnt cash the cheque because it "didn't look right". (I think my signature was too messy for them)

I'd do her. I mean, she's gotta be pretty desparate if she's away for 10 months, surely I stand a chance?Snaffled wrote:It's hard to see if she is cute or not from the police photo. It's not a very flattering shot. Just saying.

True, but was possibly only the start of it.Morrolan wrote:bit dumb to ruin your life over $105,000...
In my first job, at the County Treasury, a bloke got sacked for stealing stamps. Married with a new baby - wonder if he ever got another job.
