Planning to buy a condo.

Post by temulan2418 » 1st Mar, '13, 19:27

I am not a PR but I have been working here for 2 years. Am I qualified to buy a condo? What are the requirements? Thanks.

You mean that you haven't coincidentally heard of any agents who are supposed to be really good?

That's the 3rd time I've killed a spammer on this thread.

I really must contact the owner of Property Guru and let him know the new "marketing company" he is using is going around spamming forums as a means of 'marketing'.

So all that hard work getting us noticed on Google means we just get more spammers? Don't you hate it when it comes to bit back on your arse?

Noticed it comes up first now, had wondered bout that. Still few looking genuine ones popping up, so might balance out. Have you found the Shanghai equivalent forum yet FB?

It's more angry board than like here. Some strange people on there indeed. But have found you can get Setanta (24 hour rugby channel) from illegal satellite dishes from Taiwan!

If money not an issue then you can buy a property anywhere in Singapore. You are eligible but u have to pay for high stamp duty. Check for "buy property in Singapore" online and lots of websites with agents pop up.
