This is a fantastic insight into a possible future that BRICS represents - its not a physical bank in the guise of a World Bank competitor but rather a change of mindset across the globe in which the status quo has ceased to make sense - and perhaps we are starting to see the beginning of a new paradigm. Prem Shankar Jha also gives a very insightful glance into the Syrian governments current woes and throws an entirely different light onto the situation

Look I've had some good times there too, and they occasionally have some good bands, and the world really comes together there - but the bar at the Hyatt isn't really going to change the futu...oh, um, never mind.
