This lovely boy was found a couple of days ago, running along Balestier Road in the rain. He is being well looked after (and I say it's fate, as my friend has been dog-free since her beloved pooch died a while back) but maybe somebody is out there searching for him.
SPCA and Petcall have his details but I can make the connection to his carer.
