I clicked a weblink and it took me direct to the webpage. I much prefer a new pop-up webpage for forums, without having to do right click. Is this possible? Or will it just piss off the other 50% who prefer not to have a pop-up?

Updated list. If you can think of something you've seen on other boards that we don't have, and you think it's a good feature, let me know and I'll see if it's possible.

A "New Topic" button is not in the frame at the moment seeing I have no idea what the requester is asking.

To add to the Admin's list: relax for a while and bask in the admiration and gratitude of all those who use and love this board. Job well done! Thank you so much!

OK, if you are reading this reply and it inspires you to start an entirely new topic (thread), how do you do it?

See what I mean?

Click on the drop down box at the bottom and work out what forum the new thread should be in. Select it and click new topic.

Some would say that the harder it is for you to start a new thread, the better for humanity.

Some would say that if you don't want to entertain complaints and suggestions, you probably shouldn't have a complaints and suggestions section.

On the contrary, most suggestions, where they have made sense, have been taken on board and implemented. Your request for a spoiler bbcode is a case in point. Nonsensical suggestions have been met with the response they deserve.

Feel free to start a poll on the matter, this is after all a Singaporean board with a Singaporean style democratic process.

Well done Admin for a) entertaining ideas which I either couldn't understand or thought ridiculous and b) implementing them!

We need a "snitch on someone" button.

If someone pisses you off, you click on it and it sends a report to the admin who issues a warning.

See the little triangle with a red exclamation mark in the top right hand corners of the posts ?

Yes, but the choices of what I can report you for are limited.

What if I just want to report you for being annoying?

I just got an email saying my report on FM was deleted lol. But what really makes me giggle is that you can report a poster for posting OFF TOPIC [smilie=rotflmao.gif] I thought that was the whole idea :)

We now have a birthday box at the bottom of the main page. It'll notify the world if it's your birthday today or within 7 days. Make sure you've added your birthdays into your profile. For the ladies of this board, year 76/77 will make you 32 depending on your month.

Quick request: is it possible to have the 'who is online' and 'birthdays' which appear at the bottom of the 'board index' page also appear at the bottom of the 'new posts' and 'today's posts' pages please? I tend to use those two pages as my 'home' page on the site.

Not really. The "Today's Posts" and "New Posts" are really just a predefined search. To add those two I would have to add them to the bottom of every search page. It *might* be possible but it's not something I want to look at right now. Version 3.2 of this board is being released soon so I want to stop all development until we upgrade.

ummm... what happened to the banner graphic? I'm sure it used to be prettier. Didn't the text have a transparent background once?
