rescue pup needs surgery on 2 broken forelegs :(

Bella is a 11 month old stray puppy currently being kept at Mutts and Mittens (which is a boarding kennel that also runs a shelter for strays). Bella was hit by a car and had both her forelegs broken. she was picked up by a kind soul and brought to the shelter. we are trying to raise S$4,000 for her surgery which is obviously desperately needed.

if you are able to spare any funds to help her out, you can send a cheque made out to "Mutts and Mittens Foundation" and put "Bella Surgery Fund" on the back of the cheque;
